Open Walls Exhibit 2026

February 7 - March 7, 2026

Bleeding Heart Art Space

11203-68 St. NW, Edmonton

Gallery Viewing Hours: Noon - 3 PM Saturdays from February 7 - March 7, 2026.

Open Walls is a community art exhibition featuring local artists of all backgrounds, ages, and experience levels.

Now in its 9th year, Open Walls invites anyone in the community to display one original artwork on our walls. This is an open, non-juried exhibition where emerging and established artists share space, ideas, and creativity.

All artwork is welcome—any size, medium, or subject—so long as it fits through the door and is ready to hang. Sculptural work is welcome. The city comes to see it, and this truly is your show. We invite artists to display 1 of their own, original works. Artwork can be any size, any medium, and any subject. We welcome artists of all styles, ages, and levels of experience.

OPEN WALLS is a 'rolling submissions' show, which means you can drop off your work at any time during the show's duration, so long as there is hanging space left. Each artist is entitled to 1 submission and each submission must be accompanied by our submission form.

How do I participate?

Bring your single artwork to the Bleeding Heart Art Space (11203 68 St NW, up the wooden ramp) on the Artwork Intake Date, or during the run of the show.

Each submission must be accompanied by our new submission form (available at the Art Space).

We require forms to be completed in person.
